Esquire Triggs III is the founder of Prae‑Tech and a technology, cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance leader with nearly three decades of experience supporting organizations across healthcare, education, commercial, manufacturing, and defense sectors. His career has focused on helping organizations strengthen security, improve operational maturity, and align technology initiatives with business goals.
Throughout his career, Esquire has led IT and Information Security programs, managed enterprise infrastructure, developed cybersecurity strategies, and supported governance, risk, and compliance initiatives. His experience includes leadership roles involving cloud security, privacy programs, compliance frameworks, technology operations, and security program development.
Esquire's professional journey includes roles with Grand Rapids Public Schools, L3 Technologies, L3Harris Technologies, and service as Director of IT and Information Security and Privacy Officer for Kalkomey Enterprises. His background provides a practical and real-world understanding of the challenges organizations face when balancing business needs, security requirements, and limited resources.
He earned a Master of Science in Information Technology Management and a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University and maintains numerous industry certifications in cybersecurity, cloud security, project management, and information security.
